Shipping Terms

99% of orders are delivered within 2-4 working days after we receive the full payment.
Backorders item and out of stock will be shipped as they become available
Items order from this site is for Shipment only we have no facility's for collection.

We have the rights to choose which courier to use for shipping in most cases this is Royal Mail  

Cost of shipping is determined at the time of sale.

In the event your package is loss or damage upon shipment,

Claims on Shipment
please notify us within 5 working days after you have received the package. Save all packaging, both inside and out in case an inspection is necessary. We will process the claim on your behalf.   

Claims for non-delivery can only be be made 31 days  after ordering and not before.

Non-United Kingdom Customers: All Shipping costs for returning goods, from Non-United Kingdom Customers, including shipping back replacment goods must be paid for fully by the customer before the goods are replaced. If shipping for return goods is not paid within 14 days B.G Stores will dispose of the goods.
