All items except from the items below placed before 1pm on the 22^nd December via Parcel Force or Royal Mail Special Delivery are guaranteed for pre Christmas delivery.

We can not guarantee delivery via First or Second class post. Royal Mail’s recommended last post dates are 21^st December for 1st Class and 19^th December 2^nd Class.

 

Ordered before the 17^th December are guaranteed for pre Christmas delivery.

All Bikes purchased after the 11^th November come with an  extended 14 day money back guarantee period starting from Christmas day. Note this applies to Bikes only and no other product.

Note that the above only applies to deliveries to UK mainland addresses, deliveries to northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, Channel Isles, Other UK Isles, UK Highlands and Europe can take up to Seven working days. So please bear this in mind and allow extra time.
